How to choose women's motorcycle suits

Compare one-piece or two-piece format, leather or textile construction, protective zones, ventilation, weather resistance and riding-position fit. Review each product page for exact materials, sizing, protective components and certification information before ordering.

A women's cut is not a smaller men's suit

The difference is the ratio between chest, waist and hip, plus shorter arm and torso lengths. This matters beyond comfort: if the suit does not fit the body underneath it, the armour pockets sit in the wrong place, and shoulder, elbow or knee protection that has migrated off the joint is not protecting the joint.

Leather or textile?

Leather has the highest abrasion resistance and gives the closest fit at speed, which is why track riders choose it. Textile breathes, takes a waterproof membrane and accepts removable liners, which suits touring and changing weather. The question is not which is better but which kind of riding you are buying for.

Sizing and the armour check

Measure chest, waist, hip and inseam and compare against the chart on each listing. Size for the bulkiest configuration you will ride in — a suit that fits over a t-shirt will be tight over a thermal liner. Then check, in a riding position, that the armour sits over your actual shoulder, elbow and knee rather than above or below it.

This range is dedicated to women riders. For track days, a one-piece leather suit gives the closest fit at speed; for road and touring, two-piece suits let you wear the jacket and pants separately, while textile adventure suits handle changing weather.
