Custom Gear Inquiries

For a custom racing suit, jacket, gloves, boots, team order, or bulk order, please tell us:

  • The product and quantity you need;
  • Your size or body measurements;
  • Preferred material and colors;
  • Rider names, racing numbers, and wording;
  • Your original or authorized logos and artwork;
  • Delivery country and postal code; and
  • Your desired delivery date.

Customers submitting logos, artwork, photographs, trademarks, or other protected material must own that content or have authorization to use it.

Production and Shipping

Most ZeesMoto custom gear is made to order. Standard production normally takes approximately 7–10 business days after successful payment and any required final design and measurement approval. Production time is separate from shipping time. After dispatch, tracked courier delivery normally takes approximately 3–7 business days to the United States and Canada, depending on customs processing and courier conditions. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

Contact us as soon as possible at info@zeesmoto.com with your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the complete product and the affected area, and photographs of the box if shipping damage occurred. Please keep the product and packaging while we review the matter.

Returns

Customers must obtain written authorization before returning a product. Do not send a return to the business correspondence address or manufacturing facility without receiving return instructions from ZeesMoto. See our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
