Custom Motorcycle Racing Suits

Build a custom motorcycle racing suit around your measurements, riding needs and visual identity. Choose one-piece or two-piece construction and coordinate colours, logos and panel details.

How to choose custom motorcycle racing suits

Compare measurement process, leather and stretch materials, protective zones, ventilation, race hump, colour placement and logo artwork. Review each product page for exact materials, sizing, protective components and certification information before ordering.

What to settle before you order

Four decisions shape the whole suit: one-piece or two-piece, where the stretch and ventilation panels go, which armour you want at the shoulders, elbows, knees and back, and the colour, panel and logo layout. Getting these agreed before production starts is the difference between a suit that fits your riding and a suit that merely fits you.

Measurements that matter most

Chest, waist, hip, inseam, arm length and back length, measured over the base layer you ride in. Back length is the one riders most often get wrong: measured standing upright it comes out short, and the suit then pulls at the shoulders the moment you tuck. Measure in a riding position where you can, and say which bike you ride.

One piece or two?

One-piece suits have no waist join to open in a slide and are expected at most race meetings — check your organiser's regulations before ordering. Two-piece suits separate for the paddock and the road, which makes them more useful if the suit is not purely for track days.

Every made-to-order suit is built around your measurements rather than a standard size chart. Pick your colours, panel layout, logos and race numbers, and allow about 7-10 business days for custom production once your design and measurements are approved, with shipping time on top.
