These Terms of Service govern access to zeesmoto.com and purchases from ZeesMoto.

ZeesMoto is a brand owned and operated by Hoorz Sports LLC. Hoorz Sports LLC is the merchant of record for purchases made through this website.

By accessing the website, submitting an order, or approving a custom design, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement. If you place an order for a team, club, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

3. Products

We sell motorcycle racing suits, leather and textile jackets, gloves, boots, pants, accessories, and custom-made riding gear as described on the applicable product page or written quotation.

Product pages should identify the applicable materials, sizes, colors, protection features, customization options, production estimates, and price.

Images are intended to show the product accurately. Colors and surface appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, display settings, leather grain, printing, and handcrafted production.

We will not knowingly make a material substitution or major design change without customer approval.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many products are manufactured after an order is placed. "Made to order," "custom," "personalized," "made to measure," or "pre-order" does not mean immediately available for shipment.

Normal production time is approximately 7–10 business days after successful payment and any required final design and measurement approval. Complex, team, or bulk orders may require longer, as disclosed before production.

5. Sizing and Measurements

Customers are responsible for selecting a size using our Size Chart or supplying accurate body measurements for made-to-measure products. We will manufacture made-to-measure gear according to the measurements the customer confirms.

6. Prices and Currency

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD). Where the website displays prices in another currency, the currency and amount charged will be shown at checkout before payment.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and other required charges will be displayed at checkout or stated in a written quotation before payment.

International customers may incur customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

7. Order Acceptance

An automated confirmation acknowledges that we received an order; it does not guarantee final acceptance.

We may verify payment, inventory, specifications, customer identity, shipping information, and intellectual-property authorization before accepting or producing an order.

We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, legal concerns, unavailable materials, unsupported customization, or potential infringement of third-party rights.

If we cancel an order before fulfillment, we will refund the applicable unfulfilled amount.

8. Payment

Payment must be completed using a method offered at checkout. Payment services may be provided by Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or another disclosed provider.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

You are authorized to use the payment method;
Billing information is accurate; and
The transaction is for a genuine purchase.

Card purchases made through zeesmoto.com will appear as ZEESMOTO, or a reasonably similar recognizable descriptor, on your card or bank statement.

9. Fraud Prevention

We may use address verification, security-code checks, 3D Secure, identity verification, manual review, or other reasonable fraud-prevention measures.

We may contact the customer to confirm an order. Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in delay or cancellation and refund.

10. Custom Design Approval

When a design proof is provided, the customer must review names, spelling, racing numbers, artwork, logos, colors, layout, measurements, and other specifications.

Written approval authorizes production. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production time.

Custom orders are also governed by our Custom Orders and Design Approval Policy.

11. Customer-Supplied Materials

Customers submitting trademarks, sponsor logos, photographs, artwork, names, or other content confirm that they own the content or have authorization to use it.

We may request evidence of authorization and may reject an order when authorization is unavailable.

The customer grants Hoorz Sports LLC and its contracted production partners a limited license to use submitted content only for evaluating, designing, producing, and fulfilling the order.

12. Intellectual Property

The website, original ZeesMoto branding, text, graphics, photographs, layouts, and original designs are owned by or licensed to Hoorz Sports LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and other protected material remain the property of their respective owners.

No reference to a third-party motorcycle manufacturer, racing team, sponsor, or mark should be interpreted as sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation unless the applicable product page expressly confirms such a relationship.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes the reproduction or sale of third-party intellectual property without the required permission.

13. Product Safety

Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity. Protective gear can reduce the risk or severity of some injuries, but no garment can guarantee protection against injury or death. Only protection features and certifications expressly stated on the applicable product page apply to a product.

The customer is responsible for choosing gear appropriate for their riding, ensuring a correct fit, following care instructions, inspecting gear regularly, and replacing gear that has been damaged or involved in a crash.

14. Shipping

Production, shipping, tracking, customs charges, delivery estimates, lost packages, and address problems are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will communicate material known delays and provide remedies required by applicable law.

15. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and order changes are governed by our:

These policies form part of these Terms.

16. Promotions and Discounts

Promotion eligibility, expiration, minimum purchase, product restrictions, and discount amount will be disclosed with the applicable promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Promotions cannot be combined;
Discounts apply only during the advertised period;
Discounts have no cash value; and
A refund is based on the amount actually paid.

17. Acceptable Website Use

You may not:

Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
Submit false identity or payment information;
Attempt unauthorized access;
Introduce malicious code;
Scrape or copy protected website content without authorization;
Use the checkout for card testing; or
Submit content that infringes another person's rights.

18. Warranties and Product Issues

We warrant that products will be materially consistent with the applicable description and any customer-approved design and confirmed measurements when delivered.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the approved specifications, contact us under the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Except for express warranties stated on the website and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, products are provided without additional implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoorz Sports LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or legally protected consumer rights.

20. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for a delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government action, customs disruption, carrier interruption, labor disruption, material shortages, or widespread service failures.

We will take reasonable steps to minimize the delay and communicate material effects on active orders.

21. Indemnity for Customer-Supplied Content

To the extent permitted by law, a customer who knowingly submits unauthorized content agrees to be responsible for third-party claims resulting directly from that unauthorized submission.

This provision does not apply to infringement caused independently by Hoorz Sports LLC or its contractors.

22. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable consumer rights, legal proceedings relating to these Terms may be brought in courts having jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas.

Before filing a claim, customers are encouraged to contact info@zeesmoto.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. This does not restrict any lawful right to contact a bank, payment provider, regulator, consumer-protection authority, or court.
