Custom Motorcycle Leather Pants
Order custom motorcycle leather trousers or pants created around your measurements, riding position and preferred colour scheme. Coordinate them with an existing jacket or a complete personalised setup.
How to choose custom motorcycle leather pants
Compare measurement guidance, leather specification, knee protection, stretch zones, waist adjustment and jacket connection requirements. Review each product page for exact materials, sizing, protective components and certification information before ordering.
When off-the-shelf trousers do not work
Waist-to-hip ratio, thigh circumference and inseam vary independently, and stock sizing assumes one combination. Leather is the awkward case, because unlike cloth it cannot simply be let out later. If trousers that fit your waist are tight across the thigh, or ones that fit your legs gape at the back, made-to-measure is the fix.
Measurements to supply
Waist, hip, thigh, inseam and outseam, measured over the base layer you ride in. Measure seated as well as standing — leather does not stretch to accommodate the difference, and a waist measured standing upright is tight the moment you sit on the bike and lean forward.
Decide the details up front
A custom order is where you specify the things you would otherwise have to accept: the connecting zip that matches your jacket, armour pockets at the knees and hips, where the stretch panels go, and whether you want perforation for airflow. Allow production time once the design and measurements are approved.
