Return Policy Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days after receiving your order.
Products must be unworn, unused, tagged and returned in their original packaging.
Do not send an item back before receiving return approval and instructions from our team.
1 — How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, together with instructions explaining how and where to send your package.

2 — Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When reporting an issue, please include your order number, a clear description and photographs showing the problem.
3 — Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants
- Custom products, special orders and personalized items
- Personal-care goods such as beauty products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases

4 — Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have.
Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
Product availability, size availability and pricing may change between the original purchase and the new order.
5 — Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also confirm whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please remember that your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Shipping charges, return-shipping charges or other fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return is due to an error by ZeesMoto.
