Exchange Support

If the size is not suitable, eligible products may be exchanged according to our policy.

Custom Orders

Personalized and made-to-measure products may not be eligible for return unless there is a production fault.

Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, unworn and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags and accessories should be included.
  • Return or exchange request should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery.
  • Products damaged by misuse, wear, accident or incorrect handling are not eligible.

Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange depending on product availability. The customer may be responsible for return shipping and re-shipping costs unless the issue was caused by ZeesMoto.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom racing suits, personalized jackets, gloves, boots, products with rider names, racing numbers, logos, sponsor branding or made-to-measure sizing are produced specially for each customer. These items are usually not returnable or refundable once production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the issue and clear details. Our team will review the case and provide the best solution.

  • Explain the reason for return or exchange.
  • Attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
